About
My name is Jillian.
I'm a mental health therapist specializing in serving survivors. Survivors of trauma, domestic and intimate partner violence, and narcissistic or psychopathic abuse.

If you're here, you've been through a lot. I'd be honored to support you in healing from what you've experienced and in building the life you deserve.

Approach
My approach to therapy is trauma-informed, person-centered, and strengths-based.

I have worked with survivors of domestic and intimate partner violence for eight years and I am certified in treating survivors of Narcissistic and Psychopathic Abuse. Integrating several forms of therapy including Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness, therapy with me is flexible and adaptive to your goals. (Please note, I do not offer EMDR as a sole form of therapy. Rather, EMDR may be an option after safety, stability, and resources have been achieved.)

My practice is located in Minneapolis and I am in-network with HealthPartners, BlueCross BlueShield, UCare, and Optum (United Healthcare, Medica, UMR).
